Replace pillows regularly with these M&S value is great with good quality. Tried other cheap versions which fibres clump and collapse. These work out cheaper as they last longer. And less landfill.

Good quality pillow for the low price but more of a medium than firm. Wrapper says 4/5 for firmness. I’d say more of a 3. But I’ve slept well on it and my troublesome neck seems happy :) Fast delivery.

These pillows are definitely firm ! To the extent that although all my pillows cases are from Marks and Spencer I had real difficulty in putting the pillows into a pillowcase? By the time I actually got the pillows into the pillow case they were so hard it was impossible to use them as they were so uncomfortable ! And because once the pillows have been taken from the plastic bag they are not returnable HOWEVER these pillows are not on display in store ( I went to Bluewater and lakeside before buying them so I could see them but neither store said they sold them only on line ) I just feel I’ve bought something initially without being able to see them so buying them blind ! And not able to return them ! I understand the hygiene side of things but if you buy something from M&S to fit the pillow case you also buy from M&S the pillows should fit comfortably?
