Velcro shoulder seam. Feature hole in front of tshirt. It was like a breastfeeding top - for a 9 year old.

This style looks great, something different to the normal shaped t-shirt for girls, washes really well as expected, interesting tape fastening on the sleeve seam so no fiddling with buttons.
