So disappointing

No, I don't recommend this
I bought this item, Xmas present for granddaughter. It came incomplete! Rang customer service who re-ordered the item for me. Still came incomplete ( according to the picture on line). I returned both lots to the store. Nobody can confirm whether the advert is wrong or the suppliers are missing something. Very disappointing!!
