Delighted with my purchase. Very versatile and easy to style which along with the comfortable fit makes it an excellent addition to my wardrobe. I have worn it for the first time today with a pop of red and leopard print and have received many compliments.

Disappointing coat

I liked the style of the coat and thought it was good value. However when I received it the quality of the material was poor and the creases didn't come out even after a few days of hanging up. I wouldn't image that there will be a lot of heat in this coat either. So I returned it for a refund.

Looks good in photos but poor quality

The material is low quality and it looked cheap and was very lightweight and crumpled looking. The colour is awful in reality. In the photo I saw the coat looked fantastic but it definitely did not look the same when it arrived.

The full page advertisement showed this coat as camel coloured. It's more like dull khaki - not a nice colour at all. Very disappointing. It went straight back.

I tried this coat on in store in size 14 which was a little too big but it was not available in a size 12 so I tried to order it online. At first it was out of stock but then suddenly became available. I read the reviews which did not rate it very highly and when it arrived I was disappointed with it. It did not seem as good quality as the one I had tried and the fit was not particularly good. I returned it which was a shame as I had really thought it was going to be a good buy.

Unattractive shade of ‘tan’ & shapeless

Was really disappointed as the colour was an unappealing shade of brown and the style didn’t have much shape at all.

Bought this coat for my daughter in law. This supposedly camel mix coat is in actual fact ginger in colour. The quality is poor too. It was pretty crushed on delivery. Returning it.

Love the style and colour but will need to wear a scarf as the fabric is so itchy. Also, the sizing was odd. I usually wear an M&S size 12, but had to buy a 10.

The fabric was poor quality and looked as if it would not keep its shape. The fit was not as good as it appeared from the photos. It was shapeless and too boxy.

I'm very happy with this coat. It is a very good fit and I love the colour. The zipped pockets are a nice detail & very useful for lose cash, phs etc.

Material coarser than expected. I've kept it but it's not my favourite! Good colour for this season's animal print and black trousers.

I ordered this coat after seeing Holly Willoughby wearing one in pink. When the coat arrived, I was very disappointed. As previous reviewers have said, the material is very coarse and the coat just hangs. When I tried it on my husband said it looked like a demob coat! It's gone back but is a shame as could have been a beautiful coat.

I was really looking forward to receiving this coat. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. It did not come on a hanger and was folded into three and was extremely creased. The material was poor quality and was very unflattering when on. Sent back I’m afraid.

Bought this coat in Camel. Design for a casual look is good although could do with some shape at the back which is making me doubt whether I should keep it. A vent or simple darts at the back might have prevented it looking so shapeless and boxy. It also arrived creased so not sure if it will hold it’s shape if slung over a chair for example. Love the zips on the pockets but not sure the press studs will last the test of being undone too often. Might result in tearing away from the material before long.

One piece of advice would be to buy in store rather than click and collect as the coat was badly creased when I unwrapped it, and it took nearly a week and hanging it up in the bathroom with the hope that the steam would help lift out the creases. Apart from that it is a reasonably priced coat, stylish and a good fit

It’s ok for the money. Not anything as nice as the same coat last year. Will use it for work but only because I got it cheaper than £69 otherwise I would have returned it. Ordered it on home delivery. It was packed very badly. Far below m and s usual standard. Shocked actually.

The material of this coat was ghastly! Looked like an old crinkled army uniform. It went straight back. To be fair I saw it in a check which looked much better.
