Just what I was looking for. Smart and comfortable except the size was far too big. I very reluctantly had to return them.

I ordered 3 pairs of different shoes all size 6. The other shoes fitted fine but the size 6 in these shoes was much too big. I changed them for a 51/2 and they are fine.

Simple, elegant with a slight wedge suitable for those who cannot wear high heels. Looks good with a dress or trousers for day or evening wear.

Wanted the black and navy but only navy available, needed to go down a size, but very comfortable and look smarter than the ballet pumps. Hoping the black becomes available

Lovely shoes - come up big

Lovely shoes with great looks and good heel height. However they come up really long. I have little feet so always need heel grips but even with heel grips these are too big.

These shoes arrived in the post. Great fit and just what I wanted. However the quality of the workmanship was poor...marks on the suede. I called Customer Service who said they would look for another Pair. No luck and no suitable alternative. When I asked what service they could give me, they took 50%off. Good customer service but would point out bad workmanship.

The perfect office shoe

Thrilled to have found a pump that isn't a pump, ie it has the look of a pump from the front but with the great bonus of a small heel, something I have looked for for ages without success as this is so much more flattering than a totally flat shoe. I now have two pairs of these super shoes, navy and black and wear them almost daily to work, super comfortable, smart and extremely versatile, just as good with trousers as with skirts. Fantastic value for money, sizing is spot on, highly recommend.

Everything about these shoes was good except the fit! I usually purchase wide fittings elsewhere but these were more than generous. I ordered a smaller size but had the same problem. Would recommend but beware of width.

I can’t really say how these shoes fit,on collecting them from my M and S food hall I opened the bag to find a disgusting mouldy stinking pair of shoes , went straight back

Far too big and low cut

I’m a size 7 or 71/2 wide fit. I ordered these shoes in size 7 and they were massive. Measuring the sole against an almost identical M&S shoe in the same size and width fitting, they were about a centimetre longer. I sent them back and reordered a size 61/2. This time the length was better but the front was cut so low it didn’t cover my toes and I doubted my ability to keep the shoes on when walking. They went back too. I have to report that both the length and the upper of these shoes are incorrectly sized.

First pair of shoes I have bought in a size 7 that have been far too big.I was walking out of them.As they were only available online I had to reorder a size 6.5.Had to take other pair back to the shop and collect new pair.Made sure these fiited first.Would probably not order online again as too much hassle getting the right size.

These shoes are great for the price, but only once you manage to get correct size. I ended up going down a half size but getting wide fit.
