Wide Fit Leather Sandals

Bought the previous design a couple of years ago and had no problems, but this year the sandal (in pewter) is a much bigger fit. Worse, is that the sole is very slippery... I have fallen over twice in them and scuffed the leather straps. I hadn't been drinking either! Not happy.

I have bought many pairs of these sandals over the years - the design differs slightly each year but I would say quality and fit remains the same. They are always extremely comfortable right from the moment you put them on. I bought the pewter colour this year which look good with a maxi skirt or just with a pair of cropped jeans. Would definitely recommend.

I bought similar sandals last year, but the heels have become scuffed due to driving, so I needed a new pair. The leather this year feels as if it is of inferior quality to last year's pair, the straps feel thinner as is their reverse side. Other than that though, they are fine.

Bought 3 different pairs of sandals from M&S and while the others were too small, these are too big. What is worse is the uncomfortable ridge just below the toe line which makes these unwearable. The ridge is not really noticable in the photos. These will be returned. M&S your sizing is totally inconsistent! Please fix - am returning nearly every item of footwear I buy online now and increasingly buying from another brand.

I originally purchased this sandal (or similar) 3 years ago. M&S obviously acknowledge it is a good seller and just tweak the design annually. The wide fit option is great. The comfort it ok however I do have issues with Footglove in that I do not think the comfort factor is as good as years gone by. This sandal although not fantastically comfortable is probably the best "comfort wise" they have on the shelf. Please M&S put the "bounce" back into the soles of Footglove.

These sandals are so comfy and smart as well.. I lik e them so much I bought another pair in navy blue. I would recommend these sandals to everyone you would not be. Disappointed

Bought these as they looked comfortable and as an alternative to other sandals I have. However the fit wasn't as good as my others, being quite wide around the toes and also the middle strap bent up as I walked. They weren't as comfortable for me, hence I returned them.

Have had these sandals before in various colours. To me they are the most comfortable,stylish and very good value.

Love these sandals..they are very comfortable. They are a wide fitting so was able to go down to a size smaller..usually wear 5.5 but 4.5 was just right. Sometimes I struggle getting the side buckle undone when I'm trying to take them off..think it's the elastic that the buckle is on but apart from that I'm very satisfied with them!

A very generous fit but then, it says so up front.

I like the style and colour but when wearing the centre strap always slips across to the outside which is annoying as they look odd!

I always like this style of sandal. Though they are wide foot, they do not make my feet look wide. They are extremely comfortable and secure. Very pleased with purchase. I just wish more wide foot shoes, with high fronts, as well as sandals were available, also with not too high heels.
