Culottes with Cool Comfort™ Technology

Bought a larger size to ensure the legs are not clingy. I could have gone down a size, but I prefer to have the wider leg.

I'm just buying a couple more of these. They are not glamour garments, you feel like you are putting on Victorian bloomers but they are oh so comfy! The fabric is soft and silky. I have trouble with sensitive skin and the underside of many fabrics used in skirts and culottes can bring me out in a rash. These slips are the perfect answer. They are a little big but I've had no trouble with them staying up!

I bought the white and the black and am waiting for the beige to come back into stock. They are lovely to wear under a dress, skirt and loose trousers or my Culottes. However they are a little long so 2 lengths wold be ideal, I'm just under 5'11 and even with knee length skirts on these can show a little if you are not careful. A couple of different colours would be nice light Pink and Red perhaps. I occasionally sleep in them as they are so comfortable and don't tie your legs up in bed. They are a bit on the large size but I think that makes them more comfortable but an inch or two shorter would be ideal.

I purchased these to go under polka dot culottes I am a size 12 and 5 foot 4 inches tall I ordered a size 10 and they were a bit big I decided to keep as I have purchased the black colour to wear under my black culottes. I think they are a excellent idea as they flatter your figure I have recommended to my friends

No variation in length! Much too long. Huge fit. M&S when will you learn that not all women are same size and height! Very expensive for what they are. Managed to shorten them and now ok, but wouldn’t recommend.

I did not know such a thing existed. All my life I have been dreading summer skirt season, due to chaffing. I have resorted to wearing cycle shorts under skirts, but they are a bit thick and hot. Pros: At last, here is a lightweight floaty alternative. Cons: go two sizes down! They are a bit high on the waist for my liking, and I do wish the elastic waist wasn't so thin. I like generous soft waistbands. Also, they are very long. I have bought several pairs, and intend to cut two up to go with short dresses and skirts.

Thin material. Full of static when trying on so inevitably going to cling to legs. Material on the waistband is a bit of stretchy stuff sewn straight on - couldnt call it elastic. Have had knickers from M&S with this same "waistband" which quickly lost elasticity and stretched to the point they fall down and went in the bin. The idea is a really good one but personally would rather wait and find something similar made out of cotton so returned.

I did not realise these culottes were made from such thin material and see through (colour white) so I am returning.

Very good for summer when no tights worn as prevents any chaffing
