Houndstooth design was not very subtle and looked boldly dazzling. Material nice and thick and comfortable to wear once the correct size was found. Normally a size 14 I found the waist to be too large and had to size down, probably due to the elastic waist.

I really love these straight leg jersey trousers and now have them in three colours. My favourite are the brown, beige and black houndstooth print ones. Everything goes with them and they look really smart. Only problem is that I am short but couldn’t find any short length ones so I had to shorten the regular size ones. M&S please don’t forget petite people!

I bought these having read the reviews and as a change from black or denim. So not my usual, but I really like them. The 14 is a good fit (my usual bottom half size), with a high waist, which is not what I would normally buy. However they are very comfy, quite flattering across the front and have pockets!

Very long,I’m 5ft 9 had to hem, would be good with heels, trousers very large in the body, pulls up way past my waist. I’m size 14 could have had a 12 as they are very stretchy. Having moaned about that. They look smart with a jumper hiding the over high waist, very comfortable, and don’t crease. Bought them for a bus trip, sitting all day, idea

I bought these trousers in Grey and Black,size 14 long. Loved them, great fit and quality so I ordered the Houndstooth ones. Unfortunately the long length is a couple of inches longer than my other pairs. Checked the length with others in store and these seem to be an extra long version.
