The fragrance is warming and fills you with wellbeing so much so that before I realised I was in slumber land. The oil is also hydrating and nourishes the skin. I use on my face and neck so I get its wonderful fragrance all day as well, giving me that sense of wellbeing. It is expensive but the wellbeing factor is worth every penny.

Having real trouble sleeping? I've tried other sleep pillow sprays etc, including several from a company that has really targeted the insomnia market. Guess it's a personal thing, but this one from Neom is the only product that seems to actually work. Made it my Christmas present to self, and it now lives next to my bed. I dab it on wrists and temples so I can inhale it before dropping off rather than applying it in the shower, and I use it on average twice a week. There is a lot of lavender in the product, but something about the blend with the other essential oils makes it much more effective than lavender alone, and the scent is lovely. Will last forever the way I'm using it. In 6 months the bottle is only 2 cm down! Maybe I can afford to put some in the bath...
