It's a bit short and I'm 5'4" and feel I need to pull it down but it's lovely and soft looks nice on so I kept it. Go up a size quite small.

Great inner thermal warmth and cushioning, and ideal to wear as a layer underneath a fleece on cold days. It feels extremely cosy on. Great buy!

Bought to wear over training gear, before and after training. I sized cup based on reviews and is a perfect fit. Find it warm and comfortable. Very happy.

I bought this in the sale and what a bargain at £14. I had been looking for a warm top for walking in and didn’t want a fleece. The top is very light weight, has good length arms and kept me warm but not too hot. The material is synthetic and has washed well so far without pilling.

Great shape but the fabric just feels weird

Lovely to have the long sleeves and hood/neck warmer but the fabric just feels really cheap (I know its a technical fabric) but I found it rather sweaty also its got lots of small holes which I didn't notice from the pictures and for me this makes it too sheer for my liking

Purchased a size 10 after reading reviews as comes up a little tight. Its perfect not to tight and not to lose. I like that it is not over long and is more on the fitted side , the fabric is an usual feel but I find it comfortably and have worn for my daily walks. I purchased in the sale not sure I would have kept if full price

Dont like the fabric. looks and feels cheap. Quite rough on the outside. Dont like the fit its skimpy. I wear a size 16/18 and most size 16 tops fit very well. This comes up really small. My daughter wears a size 12 and this fits her in the size 18. Its also really short in the body I am 5'8

Staple for exercise

Many of us are now happily no longer couch potatoes. When I saw the model photo wearing shorts that I’d also bought from M&S , I felt I needed the top and pounced on it when the price was low enough. It fits very well and the thumb holes create a pair of fingerless gloves. Extremely light garment, ~260g for size 24. Soft, somewhat perforated and light, this is engineered athleisurewear at the top of its game. Ideal for walks in temperatures above 5C below which more warmth is recommended. I feel this will add a layer of warmth without weight fir me to excercise in confidence with a lot of healthy exposure to wind, sun and thanks to the hood, light rain. It is bound to dry very fast being a bouncy fabric that will be both cool and warm in weather that’s neither too hot or cold. With those shorts, it makes a nice garment pair for exercise and weight loss. No pockets however.

nothing thermal about this

Quite disappointed with this top. Based on a speed walk in the woods on a crisp (7 degrees C) winter morning, I can't see anything thermal about it, as advertised. I wore a long-sleeved t-shirt underneath and a lightweight jacket zipped up, but I was freezing cold. On the plus side, it's very comfortable, a good fit and (according to my husband) slimming. The sleeves are very long so the thumb holes are only useful if your arms are long enough (mine weren't). If I hadn't bought it in the sale, I would have returned it after the first time I wore it because it really isn't thermal.

The material around the chest area after a few wears stars behaving like wool with small bobbles. Its quite short but it is warm. Not sure I would buy it again.

This is a fantastic item - I feel cosy for outdoor exercise, but it doesn't get stuff when I work up a sweat with outdoor exercise. I like the length - it means the material doesn't gather around my hips - which happens with most tops from M&S - because I have an hourglass figure, and the tops aren't cut to sit over my hips.

Excellent, cosy running top. I bought a size up because previous reviewers said it was a little short and tight fitting. This was a good decision and fits exactly as I like. I had reservations about the hood but was pleased that I didn't even notice it when running.

Love the style but found the material rather strange , plus a tad short in the body length for my liking
