- Our e-Gift Cards can be used online at M&S.com and M&S.ie or in over 700 M&S stores across the UK, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands. We can email this directly to you or the recipient of your choice, just add your personal message at the checkout
- E-Gift Cards are valid for 24 months (Republic of Ireland 60 months) from the last transaction (which includes the initial card load, adding or spending funds, or balance enquiries)
- E-Gift Cards can be topped up in store to the maximum value of £1000 (Republic of Ireland €1,400)
- E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed on any of our international websites apart from M&S.ie

- Please note, e-gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights. If you’re having problems with an e-gift card, call us and we may be able to fix it for you over the phone
- If you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel all or part of your order for an e-gift card at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you place your order, provided none of the balance has been spent.
