If you wish to present the gift card to someone, rather than sending it as an email, the present card is not really suitable. It should be possible to obtain a card suitable for printing so it looks like the card you can buy from an M&S store.

i don't think i have ever had such appalling service with something as simple as a gift card. no delivered-correct address, no confirmation,no real apology and no recompense for embrassment and hours chasing- what ARE your systems like anmd you call yourselves a BANK
