This really does seem to work and I am usually cynical about these things. The first time I bought it was simply as an add-on to an online order to top it to the value where delivery was 'free'. This most recent order was my third. My problem was not quality of sleep per se, but rather I frequently struggled to get to sleep in the first place. Since using this I have not had this problem, so I will definitely continue using it.
