I bought this for my daughter who is almost 10. She is quite tall, long in the body, developing and is not 'standard' size for her age. She is by no means overweight, but not skinny so I always buy things bigger than her age to ensure a good fit and prolonged wear. I bought 12-13 of this, as I knew she would want to wear it as much as possible. It is long for her now, but as it is good quality and washes well, she will get a lot of use out of it as one of her favourites whilst she grows.
