The lampshade was ordered on line and was delivered to my home address as it wasn’t available to click and collect. It came carefully wrapped and boxed. The pink colour was very nice and easy to coordinate with other bedroom items.

Lots of lovely colour choices available. Chose the navy colour for a lamp next to a navy velvet sofa. It looks very classy. Very pleased with the shape size and quality. Thought it was very good value for money -most I had looked at were more expensive than this one. I would definitely recommend to friends.

Beautiful detailing on j K amp shade but had to steam a few seams as they were folded over. Initially wanted it for bedroom ceiling but it wasn’t compatible with our correct connectors so attached to a standing lamp.

The lampshade I received had clearly been returned as the box had been taped back up. The trim on the lower edge was not attached and badly creased. Poor quality finish and poor customer service to send it out again.

I ordered 2 lampshades. One of which was fine but the other had been made is such a way that the trim was all creased. I returned the faulty one and arranged for a replacement. This too was damaged in the same way as was the fourth shade I ordered. Out of 4 shades only one was of a suitable quality. In the end I returned all fours shades and bought elsewhere. Sadly, even after speaking and emailing with customer services my problem was not resolved to my satisfaction. The quality of the shade was quite shocking.

I needed a new shade for a black ceramic lamp I'd had for years as the original was grubby and passed its best! The real silk shades from other retailers are very expensive but Mark's is a very good impersonation! And a third of the price!! Very impressed with the quality, style and even the way it was packaged for delivery.

this was just what I wanted apart from the fact is was configured for a table lamp not a ceiling. The mechanics would not adjust for the ceiling. Had to return it most disappointed

I bought three and two were lovely but one was poorly finished with the trim twisted up around the bottom. It had clearly been opened and returned previously. M&S - it is not ok to resell things which have previously been returned as faulty! It just wastes people's time. I would advise everyone to check the lampshades while still in store if you are collecting.
