Side Zip Wide Leg Trousers

Loved the fit of these trousers - this from someone not keen on wearing trousers. Elegant. Lovely fluid material. Medium a bit long, I'm 5' 5"" , but don't mind taking up, rather that than too short.

I really like side-zipped trousers as they are more flattering. These are lovely trousers & I ordered a navy pair in size 14 medium length. Disappointingly, they are nearly 2" longer compared to my previous side zipped trousers I have had from M&S so regretably I will be returning them. I am approximately 5'5" tall so the shorter length is no good. I will try re-ordering & hope the next medium length pair will be suitable as I do not want to have to turn the hemline up or wear the trousers with high heels.

I am very happy with these trousers. I'm 5'10" and ordered the long size which proved to be a little on the long side but will be fine with heeled shoes. A side zip is so much more flattering and would be even more so without the thick waistband but still better than having side pockets! Good quality fabric although I haven't washed them yet.

I ordered medium length in 14 and 16 - my usual length. Both were far longer than they should have been. I usually find Marks medium length are fine with a smallish heel for work. I am 5 ' 6". These were so long I would need 8 inch heels with them. I wanted them to match a navy jacket, but having them altered would have made them too costly. I also found the zip very difficult to fasten at the top - really had to tug it and was worried about breaking the zip, so something wrong with the design there. They have both gone back.

Best trousers I have been able to find in ages. Perfect fit and bit of added stretch makes them incredibly comfortable. Bought them in black and navy and a second pair of black for a spare!

These trousers fit extremely well, giving a nice smooth outline with the side zip and a nice weight in the material so they hang well. They are slightly on the long side, I ordered the short but they're just right for a low heel (I'm 5' 4").

In my view this is an excellent product and good value for money.

Wow! These trousers are great. Beautiful material and fit and at last in navy as well as black. I love side zip trousers as they give a smooth line when wearing jumpers over them. The only watch out is the length. I am 5ft 7 ins and always get a long length which I did in these but they are a least an inch longer than all my others.

The best fitting trousers I have ever had. Great value for money and superb material. Please, please Marks and Spencer can we have more? The only sizes left are too small for me as I am a size 18.

Very nice fit and look lovely on. However, beware! I am quite tall (5ft 6 inch) and usually have to wear extra long in M&S. But these trousers are very long and I will have to wear them with heels. Otherwise, excellent!

Fantastic fluid fabric that does not crease. Hips a good fit for the size but waist too big. Had to remove 2ins from the waistband. Leg length fantastic for us tall girls who desire a flat front no bulge look.

I am so thrilled with these trousers I've looked for ages for side zip trousers, these hang beautifully and fit extremely well, just right. Will look good worn casually or a more dressed up occasion. The material is of excellent quality and has a feeling of luxury. PLEASE M&S can we have more colours in this style. Front zips accentuate our tummys as we get older, (unless you are a bean pole) side zips give us a flatter look. GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY WELL DONE.
