Scallop Edge Long Sleeve Shirt

So pleased with this blouse, lovely quality & good attention to detail which makes it look far more expensive that it was. Unlike a few other reviews on here, I liked that fact that the front edge is scalloped and that the collar is pointed, it gives the blouse a bit of an edge, it would look a little frumpy with a round collar. I'm a size 10 normally, however I went a size up to a 12 which gives the body more fluidity. More like this please!

This is such a pretty blouse that almost escaped my notice. An M&S Insider was modelling it on Instagram, and it caught my eye. I do agree with the person that mentioned a rounded-tip collar might have been more in keeping with the scallop, but actually, the contrast pointed collar gives the shirt a rather more modern edge. Even better in the sale, too! In a nice ivory colour that goes with everything and the fabric has a bit of weight to it so the blouse drapes very comfortably and doesn't crease.

I would have given this lovely shirt 5 stars but I thought, as did another reviewer, that the collar would have looked nicer had it been rounded off like the fastening, rather than pointed. Apart from this, it is a really super shirt and I liked it when I added the pearl necklace and earrings I bought at the same time.

I bought this blouse in cream and it’s lovely very feminine. Please M&S bring it out again with a choice of colours. Well worth the money.

Bought for all year round wear. Lovely fit and looks good to dress up or down.

This looked very feminine and classy but the material was harsh and the pointed collar and the scalloped edge didn't seem to be right in the same design -a clash between the sharp and the smooth I'd love a second try with a natural fabric and a coordinated style as the scalloped edge is lovely

Bought this online in the sale, wasn’t sure what the fit would be like but I’d say it’s on the looser side. Love the scallop shape, it hangs nicely and I like the detail of the covered buttons. Often M&S don’t adjust the sleeve button positioning for larger size shirts but glad to say they’re fine this time. Would love more items like this but in natural fabrics, wouldn’t wear this on a warm day for fear of being a bit sweaty.

Well made with a good quality material.. The scalloped edge and covered buttons add to its charm. Great value for money especially with 30% off but I would happily have paid the full price. M and S at its best .

This Autograph blouse is really very nice. I like the scalloped edge and the material apis very nice. It looks more expensive than it is. That’s what I love about Marks and Spencer...When they get it right.
