I chose this mug for my "birthday option" from Sparks which was a lovely surprise - "thank you" Sparks and I was really pleased when I collected it. The perfect grey for my new kitchen and a good substantial mug for everyday use. Only one problem now I was going to buy some more but they have sold out. Please restock and more colours would be fab

I ordered 8 of these online to collect in store as they were good looking and the size I needed. However when inspected on collection I found that although the rim looked fairly fine in images, the china abruptly doubles in thickness a few mm below the rim to make a thick, chunky mug. I find this causes drinks to cool too quickly, so I declined the purchase. Also the mugs received were individually wrapped in thin bubble wrap, then packed in a box twice the necessary size with no other padding. Unsurprisingly three were broken.
