M&S have traditionally supplied a quality product albeit at a higher cost than other suppliers. On this occasion I appear to be acting as your quality control. I ordered one size and yet you managed to send an incorrect one where the label in the clothing doesn’t match the actual size of the trousers whilst the quality of the garment is just not there. Surely you can achieve a better quality than this?
