Quilted & Padded Jacket

So pleased with my purchase ideal to throw in the back of the car on a day out but equally stylish to wear. Wind and rain proof make it ideal for walking the dog too. As a sports jacket it will be very useful to wear with my gym gear. The full price abit expensive lucky for me I got it with 20% off. Usually excellent shipping from M &S.

Bought this jacket for a holiday in Alaska..wanted light but warm but not down. I read reviews beforehand so, went up a size (12 to 14) and it fits well with thermal top and light fleece underneath. Not sure what has happened about sizing so am cautious and do as much research as I can if shopping online. I hope that it lives up to expectations.

Unfortunately didn't suit me. Rather skimpy. Didn't realise the hood wasn't detachable

Fairly lightweight, nice colour. I like my jackets loose, and certainly loose enough to fit a heavy sweater underneath, so I bought a size 20 as I usually do, even though I'm probably a 14/16. It fits very well.

True to the image, this is a stylish jacket. However, as previous reviewers have noted, it is not generous across the bust and might feel tight for some people. I’m a small 10 so it fits me ok with one layer underneath.

I love the colour and the weight of the jacket. The length is good too. I am 5'2" and it nearly covers my bottom. When I zip the jacket up to the top the hood fits really nicely around my head. They usually fall over my face so I cannot see where I am going! It is a bit snug (I bought the size 12) but I will only wear a thin top underneath anyway. I am pretty sure that the 14 would have been too big on the shoulders and in the length of the arms. This is such a lovely colour.

This jacket felt too bulky and with the "rolls" of padding didn't flatter at all!

I am returning my jacket cos it is a little too small and I am not mad about not being able to remove the hood.

I’ve been looking for a jacket like this for a while. it’s light weight and fits great not to short in length I ordered pink it’s slightly darker than expected but still like it.

Lovely light but warm love the colour

This jacket is lovely- I bought the grey and ended up with a size larger than my normal as it is close fitting. This worked really well for me. The design is simple and ‘clean’ , with no belt or strings- which makes it look stylish. Good size pockets with zips and roomy internal pockets too.

Lovely colour, very slightly tight across the bust but perfect apart from that and lovely long sleeves. Colour is great too.

Love this ash grey shade lighter than the normal sweatshirt grey very pretty.This is so much lighter in weight than other jackets and very comfy cannot wait for snow .I also think the length is better, longer than most padded jackets I have tried.Another winner in my book thankyou m&s.
