Pure Wool Tweed Single Breasted Blazer

This is such a lovely blazer, the fabric is superb, the colour is lovely - cornflower blue is one of this season’s colours. It is beautifully made & finished but sadly ,although the size 14 was perfect, it just didn’t suit me . The price for a garment of this quality was fantastic. I hate having to return it !

So glad I bought this as soon as I saw it (on-line) as it seems to have sold out in many sizes very quickly. Lovely jacket, fairly fitted, which I like. Nice details, although I personally wouldn't have chosen pink as a contrast. Thrilled to see that it is made with British tweed - I hope that the use of quality fabric is a sign of things to come at M&S. Like another reviewer, I too regret not also having purchased the green one that was available a few months ago and which also sold out quickly!

This is made of fabulous all wool tweed of the kind M&S used to use years ago. So, it's brilliant material, and the cut - quite waisted - is tolerable. BUT why can't we have a choice of length? I'm only 5ft 7in but the flared bits below the waist were actually at my waist and looked ridiculous. So not for me this time - really disappointed!

M&S has really hit the right mark with this stunning tweed jacket. The blue colour is contemporary and the button hole styling in a contrast stitching is so modern and refreshing. Unfortunately, I did not suit the 'V' shaped cut which accentuates my top half. I am very large chested and even though I had sized-up to a size 16 [shoulders, arms, length were simply perfect] I could not wear this jacket because my chest dominated 'the look' and popped through the V-shaped opening. If I was smaller chested then I would have loved the entire look and would have kept the jacket. There was just not enough fabric to 'cover' me up on the top. Otherwise, I would have added it to my collection. M&S did the right thing...selected a beautiful British tweed with a modern twist and fabulous quality to boot. For me though, I could not get on with the 'cut' so it has to go back. What a shame! Perhaps, next time, the design will be different to suit my body shape.

After seeing this in store on Xmas Eve I struggled I get the jacket as it went out of stock online so quickly and in store. I tried a 14 on in store and it was a little big for me, I’m so glad that I ordered the 12 at it fits perfectly. This is a very versatile jacket as to you can wear it to work or with jeans. This is definitely going to be my go too jacket. Well done M&S.

This is a lovely jacket. Great colour and quality. Very similar to ones that you find with other fashion brands. It is quite fitted and so I did order a size up and glad I did as it does come up a bit small. Wish now I had ordered the green one some months ago

I ordered this jacket in a 12 and returned it for a 14 as it was quite fitted in the body. The quality is very good and the colour very vesatile.

I had some xmas money and ordered on line, when went to collect from local shop they had it in as a new item. I have worn it loads and had compliments. Money well spnt

Love this jacket, bought the green earlier one as well. It would be great if you could do this in autumn rusts/brown/gold type colours as well. Also one in yellow ochre and mustards would be useful.

I first had a fleeting glimpse of these jackets as two members of staff were moving them. The colour was what attracted me. I looked at some other dark winter coats which I could have bought with 20% off,but returned to these jackets,(It was very hard to discover where they had been moved to.) Eventually I tried one and knew I had to have it. Roll on Springtime!
