Pure Cotton Check Shirt

A nice style shirt with muted colours, seems to be good quality.

Nice shirt but the fit isn't great. Fits the body but the short sleeves dig into your arm when you lift your arm. Its more like a tailored fit around the sleeves and is not as comfy as past shirts

I have always bought M&S shirts in size L which, until the "new regular size" was introduced, fitted me fine. Now size L is too tight, and size XL is too big, so all shirts returned. I may have a little "middle age spread" but I am not fat The sizing has changed, my body has stayed the same!!

Bought as a gift and am pleased with the quality. This is evidenced in the details such as colourful stitching on some buttonholes to pick up the green thread in the pattern. This extra colour was not clear in the online illustrations or description so beware if you are expecting a standard blue/white shirt. It is subtle and I like the interest it gives. Cannot really comment on fit as the recipient hasn’t seen it yet due to lockdown, but it looks generous enough to me.

Good value in sale or on promotion so tend to stock up. Always wash well and look equally smart with shorts or jeans. A go anywhere shirt, and hubby finds them comfortable. This is more of a green and blue check, not all blue as indicated in description.
