This seemed the perfect solution for our bathroom. Great ordering and delivery service. I can only assume that this unit is definitely not quality controlled before being packaged for delivery. I have had not 1, not 2 but three attempts at getting a perfect one delivered. The unit is packaged extremely well so the faults/imperfections are not caused in transit. Definitely manufacturing issues and definitely not QC’d. Very disappointing M&S. We now have to make a third trip to return it and definitely having a refund after 3 failed attempts. Also noticed that the reviews go back as far as 2016, most are pretty negative so why are M&S still using this supplier? Not worth £119!

I needed a storage unit for the bathroom and this unit had the dimensions required It was delivered on time as arranged and came fully assembled The unit itself is adequate and does the job but the quality does not justify the price paid I would recommend this item but do not expect a high quality product

The finish and look of this product are good. However I agree with the comments made by those who have stated that it is not steady enough, despite lots of adjusting to the feet.

When product arrived it was damaged. It is white but not a bright white, still looks an off white shade compared to my white bathroom suite. Definitely not up to usual M&S quality.

Bought this item in the sale and very pleased with it. It is very solid/heavy, ie not made of chipboard and was perfect for the small gap we had. The fact that it came fully built was a major plus as well.

I bought this item with the white ladder bookcase and am very pleased with the quality of this affordable furniture. It was delivered a day after the bookcase but came by the date notified. It takes up minimal space in our loft room and will be a useful addition to our office furniture. Well done M&S!

Extremely disappointed with this item. It is very unstable/shoogly and just not worth the £95.20 I paid for it. Three of the four corners are very slightly marked so it’s also cosmetically damaged - which would have been apparent at the inspection stage prior to packaging. Having said that, the item itself was very well packaged so the damage did not occur during transit. It’s currently sitting in the box ready to be returned to store for a refund.

Good quality delivered earlier than expected arrived in good condition

This is a fantastic unit We were under the impression it was flat pack. But it came assembled, Great .... Heavy , strong little unit , The delivery young man even carried it Into the Bathroom .

Perfect size, sturdy, quality wood - needed something white to replace rusty metal cabinet

Generally of a satisfactory quality but it was very unstable even when we tightened the screws.

The quality was really disappointing, when it was delivered there was a screw missing so the shelf was lop sided and one of the panels was damaged. This could not have happened in transit as the packaging was secure and in one piece, I can only assume that the unit must have passed quality control; falling short of the expected quality associated with M&S. Concequently, I will not be assuming what I see in store is matched by online purchases.
