Easy to clean with good spout

Pours much better than many other teapots I've tried. Only problem is it can get very hot after use. Need to let it cool before cleaning. Want same style in different sizes please.

I bought this T.pot because I previously bought the smaller size, which we find great. No dribbles, hold a large quantity..more than you would think. As a loose tea lover the strainer makes it very handy. The only minus i would give is that because of the lip edge, which the strainer sits on, its more difficult to fully empty the t-pot when you are discarding the left over.

Makes good tea, retains heat well. BAD POURER

Makes good tea. Retains heat well. BUT there are some significant niggles which would dissuade me from unreservedly recommending this pot: 1) Bad pourer (drips, particularly when being used to capacity) 2) The lid has a 'click in' secure rim rather than a pop in and twist lid ...... 3) The style of lid fitting hampers emptying the pot after use .. particularly difficult to shake tea bags out ... have to reach in or 'spoon-in' and 'fish them out' (although I appreciate the central 'perforated cylinder' is for loose tea ...... I favour tea bags when making tea in quantities which require a pot)

The perfect teapot for the perfect cup of tea. The internal filter basket ensures that the tea is clean and fresh. A great buy, highly recommended.

After breaking our ceramic teapot we chose this beautiful teapot. We use the teapot every day and also use a tea cosy. But we have also found that the knob on the lid and the handle get very hot when tea is brewing and have to use a cloth to pour the tea. It does pour beautifully, no drips.at all. I have small hands and have no problem washing the teapot successfully.

Tea infusion very good but...........

The first teapot had to be returned due the infuser falling apart but replaced without fuss. The handle becomes too hot to hold and it all stains very quickly no matter how frequently it is cleaned in the dishwasher. Apart from all that it produces nice tea.

a stylish good-looking and well-made teapot, but both the handle and the knob get very hot so you need an ovenglove or tea towel to pour out the tea!

Second one bought, 1st Christmas gift, taken back due to dents. Liked the shaped so ordered a 2nd, poor quality again, dents around lid & the join for the spout and body of teapot is terrible. M & S needs to pay attention to detail and check quality before sending to customers. Still like the shape, so ordered a 3rd, hoping 3rd time lucky!

A fantastic buy which looked stunning on the Christmas dinner table next to my white/silver dinner service. Washed in the dish washer and retained its highly polished look. Would recommend!

Great value large metal teapot

I have been looking for a large teapot for my family of 5 so we can all have a mug of tea together. This is a great tea pot at an extremely good price. Normally use a small silver tea pot, as I find ceramic pots take too much heat out of the pot. This metal one is a great every day teapot for my whole family. Note; it is not dishwasher proof, and not as shiny as shown in the photo.

Really pleased with this teapot. Have broken many teapots so chose stainless steel. Good size & pourer. Don't have a problem with the handle getting hot like previous reviewer but would agree the lid should have been insulated as it is very tight fitting and can't be removed quickly. However would recommend.

I can't understand why the lid and handle of this teapot are not insulated, I like to use a tea cosy and the consequences are a very hot lid and handle which are impossible to hold. I have returned this teapot and awaiting a refund.

Love my new teapot!

The style, look and ability to pour well are important to me and this teapot ticked all the boxes. An added bonus is the volume it holds, it's appearance is deceptive, very light to hold and petite but it actually provides tea for at least 4 in large mugs. Very happy with my new teapot, glad I did the research before hand - worth it!
