This is great and I was surprised that the quality is so good. The customer service in the store when I picked up was prompt and the assistant very kindly removed it from all of the protective wrap and the box so I could carry it home. The cover doesn't get especially hot on use and it's so good to have something which means I don't have to clean the inside from spatter from soup every time I use it. Thanks M&S!
