Bought 4 representing £200 on jumpers. All shrank on first wash. Not very impressed. The jumpers are lovely feel and nice to look at however not much use after one wash. Washed at 30, inside out and with non-bio as the care label says and still it happened. Save your money and avoid.

This is a very stylish, very soft and warm jumper that looks great on - until you wash it. We washed this according to the instructions - at 30 degrees, with non-bio washing liquid, inside-out, etc. - and were hugely disappointed when it came out the machine about half the size. I also see from the other reviews that I am not the first to report this. Complete joke, given the cost - I'd expected much better quality. I will be seeking a refund.

Husband had this jumper bought for Christmas he loved it however a lot of bobbling and he bought a bobble head to de fuzz it Also washed it for the first time according to instructions and it will now fit my 8 yr grandson.!!! Trying to replace it and all out of stock

Bought this in navy for my husband who likes understated jumpers. Nice cable detail and the jumper is a good fit and feels lovely and soft. It hasn't been washed yet so I can't comment on that but have no reason to believe there will be a problem if washed according to instructions. An excellent buy as it was bought in the sale and had a good reduction.

Bought 2 of these jumpers as so smart,comfy and warm. Just perfect. Washed one according to instructions but even though washed at 30 and inside out with wool care liquid wash,on a wool wash it shrank far too small. I could have wept when I realised. I shall hand wash other one in a lukewarm wash but am reluctant to wash at all. Just wanted to let others know. I am so disappointed.

Soft, warm (despite being relatively thin) and fits well. Nice chestnut orangey brown colour. Perhaps some early 'bobbling' on the sides of the sleeves where I tend to rub against myself as I walk.

Although the material is not as thick as cotton, it is extremely soft and feels warm. I loved the colour I bought (Chestnut). It is good to see M&S finally making jumpers in colours other than grey, navy or black. Fits well on a slim person and does not make them look too thin. I think it looks very stylish and expensive. Worth paying a bit more for the good quality. Keep up the good work M&S.
