I find duck or goose down duvets to be the best and this one is lightweight but still warm. It needed fluffing up at first as it was rammed into a small bag. I was also disappointed that it is manufactured in a country the other side of the world. There are many excellent companies in the UK which make duvets. M&S should support these UK companies and should state the country of manufacture in the online description.

Perfect duvet, no noise, well made, no feathers or fluff protruding from the seams. I find 4.5 tog is the right weight for all seasons. I notice that M&S also have duvets which have 2 tog and 1.5 tog ratings so if I find I need more warmth I’ll probably get one of these and put the two together. Much better for me than buying a 10.5 and finding it too hot or too heavy. Excellent value for the price.

I needed a replacement lightweight duvet for the warmer weather. My winter duvet was from M and S and is very comfortable and there are not many suppliers of duck down at a reasonable price.
