Long Sleeve Shift Dress

Read reviews about problems with sizes, so ordered 2 sizes. My normal size fitted perfectly so I didn’t have any problems. The dress is lovely, perfect for any occasion.

Great fit, very flattering and nice length. Nice fabric which washed well. Looks great with thick black tights and heels. Comfortable, stylish and practical. I go between a 14 and 16, on this occasion the 14 fit beautifully.

The material on this dress was lovely, but the style was simply not there. The neck was so high it was boring, it would have been so much more inviting if it had a slashed neckline or a V neckline to make it more appealing, so it’s going back.

This dress is lovely. I needed a black dress for a funeral and was getting desperate for something suitable. I saw this in the sale and bought it thinking I would never wear it again but it is so comfortable I will dress it up a little for work. It is so nice I have bought the navy version.

Looks lovely on the model but it just doesn’t fit round the shoulders properly, the rest of the dress looked lovely. It’s a very thick material in the shoulders and just doesn’t hang properly. Had to take it back

Have had several similar items that have all fit well. This sadly was not one of them. Sleeves were pretty long too. Have returned.

Very comfortable and flattering for fatter days! Nice weight and warm for this time of year. Good length for work (just above knee). The material is good quality.

I bought this dress in my usual size but had to exchange it for a smaller size fits a dream

This dress looked good online so I ordered a 14 , my usual size. The fabric was nice and the contrast stitching gave it a finished look. Alas the fit was not good, shoulders were wide making the neck floppy and gape and the sleeves were too long and baggy in all the wrong places.. Shame really as it did look nice , in the photos, I returned it.

I needed a smart black dress for my mother’s funeral. The dress fitted well and looked very smart, unfortunately the hem had sections that hadn’t been machined properly. Hopefully the hem won’t all come undone at the funeral.

I bought this dress for work and bought a size bigger than normal after reading existing reviews. This dress is very comfortable to just pull on.... I do not like to have to mess around with zips and this fits the bill (it does have a zipped back though). It can be dressed up/down for work/evening/casual and is very versatile. Be good to have it in more colours (Navy?) I do not like the current fashion for overkill with trim/frills/flowers and this dress just has a little bit of stitching to trim on the sleeves and shoulders - Excellent buy :-)

A well made dress in good quality stretch fabric. There's nothing not to like, perfect fit for size 12, the cut gives room for slightly larger hips. Just above knee for me (5'8'') so good with black tights.

The dress is perfect - so perfect that I ordered the same dress in navy spot too!
