Leather Slip-on Loafers

I bought for my dad but had to return for a larger size. The size up fitted very well and he loves them!

These shoes are of very good quality and value for money. Unfortunately, I did not feel that the colour of the shoes were true to how they were displayed on the website. I had ordered the "Tan" pair and when they arrived I was disappointed to see that they're much darker than what is shown online. I returned them because of this, but all of the other aspects were excellent.

Disappointed! Got a size bigger as had read the reviews. Still too narrow and of course a little long as well due to the extra size. I'm going to keep and hope as i do like the style.

Having read other peoples reviews of these loafers, which indicated that these were too narrow, I elected to purchase the ones a half-size larger than usual. However, this did not exactly solve the problem of being too narrow, as the problem is with getting my wider than average feet into them, as there is no 'give' in the top of the shoe. Then once on, they fit across the top of my feet, but are a little too long, and slide off my heels. I propose to try to solve this with heel grips. They are suitable for indoors and occasional trips out into the garden, as slippers, but I won't be venturing far in them, in case they slip off.

I am always wary about buying shoes on line as the sizes differ. Often a 10 will actually turn out to be a European 44 which is really 9.5. This time I ordered my size (10) and they fit just fine. The colour is great because it can be worn with so many clothes. The upper leather is soft and forgiving. All told a great buy, ideal for warmer weather.
