I had bought this item to help me carry items around the house or outside as I am disabled. Good idea but the press stud fastening was too stiff for me to close and so the opening just flapped around. Even my husband and the manager in the store could not shut it . Sorry M&S another good idea gone bad.

Purchased on line. Nice bag but in reality too small for purpose, couldn’t even fit my phone it it !!!! Sorry, it had to be return. A slightly larger version would be perfect.

My immediate impression of this bag was that it was good quality leather and looks well made. It looks really nice on and I tried fastening the press stud with no problems after reading some of the other negative reviews. The problem I have is that I have an iPhone Plus and it won’t fit into the opening of the bag no matter what angle I tried. If you have anything bigger than a normal sized iPhone don’t buy this bag!

Beautiful bag, fabulous quality but returning as popper impossible to do up without taking bag off - and even then very hard to close - really disappointed as a lovely item in every other respect

I bought this item for my sister-in-law. She specifically said she wanted it. I thought it was a very good price for a leather bag. It was well made and a very suitable size - no so tiny that it's not worth it but not so big that it gets in the way. She put it on and it looked really smart but would be very versatile and wouldn't look out of place with many different outfits from summer dresses to jeans and t-shirts. I think she is a size 12 and it fitted her really well. The bag looks good quality and I image with a bit of wear it will start to get that nice vintage look. The bag is true to the colour in the photo.

I really liked the idea of this for using on walks , big enough for a phone, tissue and glasses. However the press stud fastener just isn’t good enough. You need a lot of pressure to close it and when it’s on you body it’s very tricky to do. I know I’ll get exasperated with it, so unfortunately it’s going to be returned.

I love the style of this bag and was pleased to have found one that is smart but it is impossible to do up the popper once on, I have to unbuckle it and take it off and then put back on. I may return after the lockdown and see if it’s just a one off problem as I do like it but it is not useable as is sadly.
