Look really expensive

I was a bit worried after reading some reviews that these might be stiff but they aren’t at all. The insolia foot bed makes them super comfy and even with a very high instep I had no problems. I’ve been wearing them with floaty skirts and they look great.

I wanted these shoes badly and had a discount voucher. Unfortunately my size was sold out in black so I decided to take a punt on the half size down hoping that the 'size down' reviews were true. They were! They're nice shoes, but have rubbed my heels ever so slightly (to be expected in new shoes) so looking forward to them softening up a bit. Really pleased I took the chance on them.

I love the punk rock style of these boots, extremely comfortable. Loving the burgundy colour too. Lots of compliments.

I'm normally a European size 40 but have several pairs of boots in 41, hence ordered those in 41 too. Shouldn't have, if anything they run a bit big and I could've even gone down a size. I like the style and chunkiness of them, but I'm not convinced about the leather. It looks much more plastic in real life than in photos. I almost didn't believe they're real leather. They're fairly comfortable though and I wear them daily.

Extremely Uncomfortable

There are ridges inside the foot which have shredded my ankles to bits. So uncomfortable, I really don't think I will be able to wear them again. Had to take my shoes off at work the next day because my blisters made wearing any shoes impossible.

I lusted after these for a long time after seeing them on an M&S manager at Southend on sea store and asked her if they were M&S. I waited weeks until my size came into stock and missed the 20% on boots whilst waiting, however got £5 off when they eventually came back into stock. After one wear they have cut my ankle bone skin to pieces so I'm not sure what to do. The ridge when feeling around that area is rigid. They are beautiful boots but the leather and cut is so hard I feel they will never be comfortable everyday boots.

I have quite wide feet. My normal size 6 fitted fine. If they feel a little tight at the beginning you can loosen the buckle closest to the toe. They do give with wear too. I have the black and have ordered the burgundy. Both with 20% off so two pairs for the price of basically one. I am so pleased with the black and quite excited to receive the burgundy ones! I wear mine with skirts, dresses. I don't find them overly clumpy.

Too hard and clumpy for me

These are quite sturdy solid boots, and I took them back as I decided they were too heavy looking with skirts/dresses. They were also very heavy and hard - did not feel comfortable so would have taken some wearing in, whereas another similar pair from elsewhere felt softer and more comfortable better quality leather for similar price.

Very on trend. Lovely soft leather. Looked great with skinny jeans and with a dress. Very cool! Bought them in black; tempted to get the other colour too! I was worried they might be on the narrow size for my wide, flat feet but size 4 were perfect (I usually buy size 4 wide fit). Love them! My new favourite boots!

Love these boots, they fit well (love that they were available in half sizes!), are super comfortable and I love the style. They can be worn with dresses, boots or leggings so are the perfect boot. I was a little worried at first that they might be a bit bulky but I love them! They’re also surviving this terrible rain we’ve had lately! Can’t fault them!

Love the style but they come up too small!

I love these boots but have ended up with blisters and really sore feet after the first wear and I didn’t even walk far. I think it is because the sizing is off. I am always a 6 but tried on a 6.5 in store as they were the only pair there and they felt huge so thought a 6 would be fine. Ordered online and they felt very snug, but knowing the 6.5 felt so big and loving the style I foolishly decided to keep them. Big mistake as now my feet are in agony. I wish I had returned them as now stuck with them. I think they feel a whole size too small.

Great looking boots. Will need a bit of wearing in as leather is quite sturdy ,but worth it!! I'm usually between a 6 and 6 1/2 but the size 6 was fine as will give a little with wear

I bought these boots a size bigger than normal because they are narrower than my usual shoe, and they fit perfectly. The colour is lovely and I love the buckle detail. They go with anything and will get a lot of wear this winter.

I bought these in the 20% off deal. I had seen them on line and couldn't make my mind up so jumped at the chance to get them in the deal. They were never in any of the stores when I visited so I didn't know what to expect. They're very comfy and don't look as clumpy as I thought they would. They go lovely with skinny jeans and long skirts too. Would recommend

Nice shoes, narrow fit

Shoes looked good but narrow fit meant the correct size and fit couldn't be achieved. Big plus was that M&S were excellent with swapping and trying to get the right shoe size - thank you.

Loved these boots from the photos, but in real life are a bit frumpy looking. I love a chunky boots but these are too rounded and loose on the top of the foot so look clumpy rather than trendy. Lovely quality boots and super comfy but the styling not quite right
