Leather Ballerina Pumps with Insolia Flex®

The shoes are so comfortable and look lovely with most outfits, but one scratch and the surface comes straight off as they're so soft. So at the price they were, they are not good value for money, but other than that they are lovely, just need to drop the price a bit.

I ordered the size 5 but they were way too big. Once I purchased insoles the fit was a bit better. Unfortunate that M&S do not do half sizes as these are very well made and comfortable shoes.

I have many pairs of these in suede and so thought I would buy a pair in white leather. Within about an hour of wearing them one foot started to ripple by the bow and so they looked old quickly. I have since take them back so disappointed on this occasion!

Value for money in the sale but will buy the £29.00 ballerina pumps in fututr they are more sturdier and have a thicker sole

Lovely soft comfortable shoes, ideal for work when you are running around all day

This is the second pair of shoes I have bought and I love them. The first pair were black and I have bought the camel colour which is a colour that goes with most outfits. I would have bought the silver ones as well but they were sold out. These are a really good buy.

Look great, but have noticed that one part of the left shoe is cut slightly shorter than the right, the bit near the big toe join, thus making it look slightly weird as you look down on them. I got size6 which fit but I'm disappointed as mentioned above. Too far & costly to send back.

The shoes were purchased to wear as part of a uniform I need when working at my local amateur theatre. However the stitching inside the top band of both shoes was badly finished and the first time I wore them they badly snagged my pop socks. I have now tried to file the stitching down to make it smooth (before it was very rough). I appreciate they were not that expensive but if I have to throw away a pair of pop shoes after every time I wear them, they could become expensive.

I bought many pairs of basic pumps from M&S over the past two years - the suede ones - in all colours. Came back to order some this year to replace them as i wear them most days. Ordered several colours of this new style but found them very long and narrow, and the Insolia bit felt in the wrong place in all of them which made them very uncomfortable. The old ones were so comfy - bring them back!!

Nice shoe but to big now finding some of Marks and Spencer's shoes on the big side!! Excellent price as I had a 20% discount.

I wore these for the first time today, and found them very comfortable; in fact so comfortable that I almost forgot I was wearing them! The soles are thin, so for me they are only suitable for summer wear, but they are ideal when you don't want to wear tights - they don't stick to your feet.

My second pair says it all!

This item is absolutely fab. soft, smooth leather. Sorry only down side is the size. It would have had All excellent points in the survey is only you did half sizes in this style of shoes.
