Good quality lightweight material for the summer in a nice pattern. BUT - I bought Size L in Regular Fit just as I have in M&S shirts for years - and it doesn't fit. Fine in collar, sleeves and length, but way too tight across the body. I haven't changed shape M&S, so please tell your designers/buyers/factories to get the sizes right and/or stop trying to save costs by skimping on material. I'd hope the previous reviews were wrong, but sadly no!

I ordered this shirt as part of the 4 for 3 promotion. Unfortunately, M&S have decided to scrimp further on the material used in their garments. This was ordered in an XXL, but frankly felt more like an old style Large. Having changed to the 'new regular fit' last year, I was forced to go from XL to XXL. Now, they have altered the 'new regular fit' sizes again. This is absurd. I can still get in old M&S XL shirts & indeed last years XXL ones, so why have sizes been altered again? Utter madness & frankly, not much good for one's self confidence. I haven't put that much weight on in lockdown!

Bought this shirt in 2 colours for my husband, hoping they would fit him. I had previously purchased a long sleeved shirt earlier this year, which was also the new relaxed fit and didn't fit him. Unfortunately these didn't too. The problem with the fit is well documented by other reviewers. Too narrow across the chest and waist. The old relaxed fit was perfect. Having bought M&S shirts for many years, we will now have to try other retailers

The shirt seems ok quality for the money but it’s far to small. I need to buy shirts at least a size bigger since you introduced this new styling. Every shirt I’ve bought in the last 30 years was from M & S but I’m now looking elsewhere.

This shirt is well made and a good buy at the price. A nice summer weight and feels cool to wear. The fit is spot on, the people who complain about the new fit must be an odd shape as this fits perfectly.
