Perfect heel height. It's quite hard to find a decent pair of black shoes with a low heel. These are perfect for what I was looking for although I would've loved them mohave been leather. The quality is good and a great style

I wanted some shoes for work that look smart with skirts and trousers but not too high and these fit the bill. Glad M&S do small sizes too but please more half sizes. Some times 3 is too small but 4 is too big. 3.5 is perfect for me. Thank you.

I liked these shoes but can’t give accurate information about comfort because size 4 was too tight and 5 too big. This happens frequently since M&S reduced the number in shoes available in half sizes.

Returned. I remember the first time winkle pickers were in fashion. Probably that’s why I’ve got bunions now!!🤣. I didn’t realise from the picture these shoes were quite so long!! Like the fact they wasn’t leather. Had a few pairs of shoes & boots not leather from M & S in the past & found them very comfortable. Signed Animal Lover x

Lovely shoes but really pinch on the toes and cause blisters so can't unfortunately wear. I have a fairly narrow foot but the design of the shoes obviously doesn't fit my foot shape!

These shoes were bought to take on a Christmas holiday this year. Unfortunately the sizing was too big and they didn’t have them in half sizes. So had to return. Lovely shoe otherwise.

Am usually size 6 but there were too small and ordered size 7 which are too big!! Half sizes would be perfect.. very comfortable and perfect height will buy insoles and hopefully they will fit better..

These look gorgeous but as someone that wears a standard fit usually these are quite narrow and therefore, despite the kitten heel, not comfortable to walk around in for a prolonged period! As these are also made from vegan leather, I don’t envisage the comfort issue getting better, would recommend.
