Although I love the look of the lamp, the quality isn't as good as I'd expect from M&S. The shade doesn't attach completely squarely and with one knock the central part of the shade structure (where it attaches in the centre) snapped, and couldn't be fixed because of its odd shape. I've now got a different shade attached to the base and it still won't hold the shade squarely!
