Hastings Ivory Cot Bed

I bought 2 of these cots for my twin great granddaughters and I am very pleased with them. My grandson and his girlfriend could not wait to put the girls in them. The cots are well made and look lovely in the twins bedroom. I would definitely recommend.

Ordered this online for my grand daughter to go in her new nursery. Before ordering I had to ring to check that the internal sizes were standard cot bed size as marks don’t sell the cot bed mattresses. Product page states external measurements, so for anyone thinking of purchasing the internal measurements are standard and any cotbed mattress and sheets will fit. Please take note as this would be handy to know when ordering. So bought mattress from another well known brand. Otherwise very pleased, lovely colour, good size and the drawer underneath is useful for storage, too, which every new mum needs a lot of! Good price on the reductions too. Lovely peice of furniture. Good value for money too.

Bought this lovely cot bed £349, thought it would be a good cot for my11month granddaughter, the cot is lovely but no matress, when rereading the discriptionit does say in small print does not come with mattress, really disappointed, for a baby cot/bed to be delivered with no matress is no good to anybody Item is really overpriced for just a cot feel cheated as cot is displayed with matress, If purchased make sure u order matress separate

We have had this cot bed since January 2016 and our little girl has used it since she was about 4 months old. Well over 2 years in and we love it. It still looks brand new! We have made several height adjustments over the years and recently removed the sides. We found all of this very simple to do. Cot bed was purchased along with a chest of drawers and a wardrobe from the Hastings range and we are very pleased with everything. It’s clearly all very good quality so I know it will last for many more years to come. I have no concerns about reusing the cot bed for any further children we have. I was very pleased with the delivery and build of the products. They arrived exactly when M&S said they would and all 3 pieces of furniture were built, put in final position and all packaging removed in less than an hour. This made an 8.5 month pregnant woman very, very happy! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family. I will also consider M&S first for any furniture I need in the future due to great quality of these products. They are certainly well worth the investment!

My mum and dad bought this cot for our baby girl last year. The delivery and installation service is excellent. It is a really beautiful cot and looks lovely in my little girls room. The drawer underneath is very handy for storing clothes. The cot turns into a small bed for when my daughter is a little bit older.

I purchased this cot bed in June 2015 and would recommend it without hesitation. It is good quality, safe and looks beautiful in my son's nursery. My little boy has used it since he was around 5.5 months old and is now 11 months. Unlike previous reviewers, we've had minimal issues with adjusting the mattress height. You do need two people to do it - one to unscrew / re-screw the fixing bolts, and another to hold the slats level when they're being re-screwed. However, we didn't need to dismantle the whole cot to do this. It can be slightly fiddly, but not enough to to put me off the cot. I'm looking forward to enjoying it for some years to come!

The entire bed needs to be dismantled to set it to the appropriate height which is not practical. The draw underneath does not fit as well as the picture suggests there is a visible gap between the draw and the base of the bed from the front. The draw is also very shallow.

Only just coming to use this now as baby has been in Moses basket until now and have discovered that the mattress height can only be adjusted by taking apart the whole thing! What was the point of the delivery team coming and installing it at the highest height. They could have at least asked me what height I wanted it at as how was I to know this was needed! Just rubbish

I'm really happy with my purchase, the construction team was really efficient and this is the best cot bed that I've seen by far.

Great delivery service with 3 men to unpack and put together. Arrived exactly when arranged. Beautiful quality product for our babies room. Bought on the 20% offer if you buy 2 pieces which makes it a great buy with the mattress. The product is exactly as described on the website. Very satisfied with our purchase.
