Its bigger than I expected and takes a little longer to heat up and stay warm. I have been using it for a week. The lid is great. I feel its healthier as it doesn't have ptfe like my old wok. Good non-stick coating, so been quick to clean. I use a silicon or wooden utensils.

This is a quality product, solid and yet cleans easily on the smooth non stick surface. Any larger and i would struggle to.get it into the dishwasher but actually a quick hot soapy water wash in the sink is really all.thats needed.

Great non-stick wok, replacing previous M&S wok, about 10 yrs old. slightly more of a flat bottom than previous one, but still as well made. Love the lid, so useful for lots of cooking, not just stir fries. Hopefully another 10yrs of cooking in this one!

Handle on lid is not insulated and metal therefore get very hot. Previous purchase has rubber protection on handle.

Wanted a replacement wok, thought this would be the one. It is quite heavy especially with the lid on. The handle could do with being thicker to feel safer moving it but other than that quite pleased with it. So far only used it half a dozen times and non-stick is brilliant but wonder how long it will last. Overall generally pleased with it.

I bought this to replace an old M&S wok which I’d had for several years. I had been very happy with it but I think this one is even better. It’s very sturdy, a great size and I like the fact it’s non stick. I’m very pleased with it.
