Grill Press

I have no idea if this would be good for keeping bacon flat , but I bought it in the sale ( for an excellent price!) to cook Spatchcock poussin on a ridged grill. I usually use another ridged grill pan to weigh down the poussin but this is much easier to use as it has a big handle that doesn't get hot and is small enough to move around and concentrate on the bits that you want extra crisp or more cooked, like the legs. A very useful tool, I shall be using it to cook vegetables on the grill pan soon !

Not used this item yet it is a gift fir my son but it does look like it will do what it says soo pmeased with the purchase

Great affordable Grill Press

I would have liked a larger surface area to account for most barbecues having a fairly substantial cooking area, I.e. to cover more burgers etc and the washer should be of a slightly larger diameter to fully cover the looped locking area to provide better retention.

Visited Portland OR last year and they do amazing grilled cheese sandwiches. Well, now I have this....I can too! In the home ware sale do I couldn’t resist.

This grill press is great just the right size and it does exactly what it says thank you
