I found it extremely thick and difficult to apply; it also made my skin look silver rather than glittery

Yes, I recommend this
I love this sunscreen and have bought it several times. I have pale sensitive skin. I love that this gives my skin a lovely shimmer - I may not tan but my skin looks healthy & bright. I use other products in the range too.
