I ordered a size bigger as my child is in between years so I would say the sizing is true

Fashionable Treggings for school

I would not have bought these trousers if it was not for the fact that they were reduced to less than half price. The reviews were terrible. The quality was the main problem. My grand daughter loves them but they have yet to be washed & worn more than once. I just hope they wear better than indicated by the reviews. Why can not M&S provide the quality parents & carers require, along side the fashion element teenagers crave for?

My 2 daughters wear these. They look great at the beginning, but after many wears they do tend to lose shape a little. However, we got them in the sale and they have been worn a lot, so overall good value for money. My girls are do not have skinny legs, but are lean and strong, and needed a slightly bigger size than their age, but needed to pull the waist in. The elasticated waist was useful for this reason. Overall good purchase, the girls like them, but do lose shape over time.

although the high school refuses to allow the wearing of treggings, we are luckily still at primary and can get away with it. We bought these last year and my daughter loved them and the are comfortable, worn until they had holes, we had to resort to city shorts which she also loves until the summer stock was in. We had to buy on line as they are not stocked locally and sadly too big, so we will work with city shorts until winter then hopefully our two new pairs will fit then.

Lovely trousers, but not skinny fit. Legs are good, but the waist is absolutely HUGE! What a shame.

Bought as school trousers, when teenages don't want to wear traditional school trousers. They fitted my daughters legs, but were so baggy across the tummy area, we returned them straight away!

These are made from quite a thick Jersey material which 'bag' at the knees very quickly and therefore look tatty this is a shame as the style of the trousers is very nice and up to date for school.

Have bought these trousers looking for something that is a slim fit . After washing they have gone grey and have shrunk so much that now resemble trousers that are three sizes smaller . Very disappointed.

Daughter was excited to get these for school. We liked the adjustable waistband though this still proved a little big on my 12 year old. Length was also on the short side and my daughter is definitely not on the tall side. Have washed these twice so far and it hasn't retained the original colour ie. the black colour has faded somewhat.

Ordered these for my daughter after seeing them on the website. She really likes these as they are trendy & fit her well. Ordered a 9-10, although she is nearly 11, as she is very slim & average height.

My daughter is tall and slim, but even with the waist band taken right in, they were still huge on her... had to take back....

These were 3-4 inches short in the leg and very short in the waist - Disappointed in these trousers as usually highly recommend M&S's clothes.

Worse than Primark!

I bought these for my daughter as part of her school uniform. Thankfully, I insisted on only buying one pair like this. Having only been worn for a few days and washed once, they are very bobbly and look old and worn. A waste of £12! Worse quality than Primark stuff. At least trousers there would have been cheap!
