I know it’s obvious but this item is only suitable if you have the recipients email address. I found instructions unclear and ended up sending myself a gift card!

The original gift card became lost in the post. So as a plan b this worked a treat for the cheeky case of pink Prosecco I gifted to my future daughter-in-laws hen weekend. I went old school for the keep sake card but it caused so much unnecessary bother. Easy and seamless e-card swiftly sorted and a good time had by all. ;-)

M&S continued poor choice of couriers.

M&S vouchers, delivered, on line to the target, great. BUT M&S still use couriers who have a National reputation for poor or non performance. As in the case of my brother very recently. He lives in a block of flats with a door entry system. Nobody rang his bell or tried to contact him. Instead, he was sent a picture, of his parcel, purportedly abandoned in an unsecured communal area. The saving grace in all this, are M&S customer services, who are having to re-arrange deliveries.
