It’s the first time we have used M&S online shopping, & we were most impressed with how easy it was. We live in Melbourne, Australia & wanted to send a girlfriend in Glasgow a birthday gift. I sent the ecard to a friend for her birthday - she reported that when she got to the check out, the ecard wouldn't scan. How embarrassing! I emailed M&S the same day and have heard nothing.
