Perfect fit

At last a pair of treggings that fit me. Usually they are too tight on my calves if they fit my waist and bottom or too baggy on the bottom but these are absolutely perfect. I would definitely recommend these gorgeous treggings !!!!

Disappointed

I didn't realise these would be such a strange combination of fabric - the velour is just down the front of legs. The fit was pretty tight on legs but baggy on hips & bottom. I'm a 12/14 regular fit with slender legs & small behind. Someone of a different size might fit them better.

New experience

I hadn't come across treggings before - what a relegation? Far more flattering than jeggings, unless you're Kate Moss, and incredibly versatile. The material is actually sturdier than most velour, so more like skinny trousers than leggings. I wasn't sure about the elasticated backing but they offer more support and work well. I'll wear these a lot and would buy more treggings. Great invention!

Disappointing purchase

I ordered these treggings as they looked good in pictures and as I have am a slim size 12 thought they would be very flattering for our christmas party I was so disappointed as I was looking for velour slim fitting trousers and was sure these would be them. I put them on and by the time I had walked to the living room to ask my husbands opinion they were full of wrinkles like (Nora batty's tights) on last of the summer wine, if you know what Im talking about. I returned them yesterday. Lately I am so disappointed with the sizing, fit and quality of M&S clothing and shoes. I used buy all my clothes and shoes from yourselves but sadly those days are gone. I am a youthful trendy 50 something company director with money to spend, but unfortunately it will no longer be in M&S.

Not for me

They were not what I was expecting and I did not like them at all. They have a velvet panel down the front of the legs and the treggings were so stiff and thick , the knees wrinkled and this made them lift up from the ankle looking shorter than they were. All in all not a good style .

Cotton and velour Treggings

Didn't realised this garment was panelled which seemed to make them a bit tight round the knees. Otherwise good fit and quite good quality. Returned them and ordered velour leggings which I am very pleased with.

Lovely

I'm very pleased with my purchase of these trousers. Having read some mixed reviews I was unsure what to expect. However I can advise details to be clear on:- 1. They are not leggings as suggested by some. They are Treggings, in other words a very slimline trouser which pulls on. They are much thicker than leggings and don't cling to the legs like tights or leggings. 2. The velour front panel is very attractive and adds interest from usual all-over fabric material. Another comment suggested the back section was very cheap, but I think for the money they are good quality, fit true to size and I am so delighted with mine, I've actually bought a second pair!

Perfect addition to my wardrobe

So glad I got 2 pairs. They fit to perfection, look great with everything. I have been wearing them for work with tunic type tops. The number of comments I have had is amazing. The quality is excellent and the velvet just at the front is genius, your top does not ride up at the back, which they would if they were velvet all over. Darent recommend in case they are all gone!

Poor Description

Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)

These are not VELOUR. They simply have a narrow panel of velour down the front. The rest of the leg is a shiny synthetic fabric. A weird design and impossible to see in the picture. Please M&S we don't need to be told "can be dressed up or down" in you product descriptions. We need FACTS. Now I have to make a journey to return them.
