Lovely Jacket but the first time I wore it all the stitching around the arm came undone so had a massive hole. Return and got my money back

Nice cardigan but a bit thick for summer wear

When I bought this I liked the style of the cardigan with a zipped front Its a bit thick for summer wear and once I started wearing it I realised that the sleeves are way too long and they are a bit too bulky to roll up. On balance I probably wouldnt have kept it but had already worn it before realising.

Very disappointing jacket really short more cropped had this type of garment in past much better fit than current one sleeves wide and long body wide and length not a flattering style at all I was so looking forward to this been delivered Overall quality looked ok cut style and fit sorry M&S need to look at designer therefore item returned

I’ve been looking for a casual yet smartish cardigan for years now and finally found it. I wanted one similar to the ones with gold buttons, but without the actual gold buttons. This is great as a solid cardigan or a light jacket. Will be living in this and even considered buying a second back up.

This is stylish jacket, the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is as I found the the sleeves long. I normally have to take clothing up as I am short (5Ft 1 - the 1 is important :)), but I can normally get away with a temporary turn up, not this time.

Great but too short . Lovely cardigan. Great quality but too short and boxy. Sizing v strange. Either 12/14 ( too small) or 16/18 ( too big) I went for bigger size to get a fine knit underneath. It looks too short on me and has very long wide sleeves. Wished I’d gone for the size down,

Everything was to like with this short cotton knit jacket but the zip was impossible to use as it was catching on the knit. Sadly i returned & sadly no one was interested when i tried too point out the fault

Having bought a similar style in cream with buttons I thought the black cardi with zip was another great style As before I ordered two sizes and needed the larger one the opposite to the cream selection This is a bit frustrating but a common comment

Thought this would be an ideal alternative to a cardigan but the body was way too short and the sleeves were too long. Nice knitted jacket if the sizing was correct. I know it's not suppose to be long but for women of a certain age we don't want a crop top or please make it in different lengths.

For the price, this is really thick, heavy cardigan, great for wearing without a coat. But, the zip kept catching, even when trying it on. I was heavy so I felt it wouldn’t keep its shape, the sleeves were narrow too. I returned it as the shape did nothing for me.
