I really liked these shoes, but the zip on one of them broke quickly. Which was very disappointing. I can normally push though when bits of shoes break if I like them, but sadly the busted zip made them completely non-functional as shoes. I normally don’t mind paying a little more here to guarantee quality, but recently there has been a drop in quality.

I didnt know they were of vegan origin. They are soft don't get me wrong but alot of money for what they are. They are soo heavy and clumpy to walk in and make your feet look bigger than they are. My legs hurt after a day of wearing them. I should have sent them back but its too late now. Not my go to but they will do for now. They look cheaper than they are.

Nice looking boots. I found them to be uncomfortable though. They felt too narrow and I unfortunately had to return. However I'm still waiting for a refund , it's been almost a week now. Very unusual from Marks and spencer. They are always so reliable.

Absolutely outstanding boots. I bought them in a size 6. I would have preferred them in a 6 1/2 because I like a bit of wiggle room but they are completely fine & comfortable for my wide feet. They are so stylish & well made & look far more expensive than they were. They look great with jeans, combat trousers, skirts, long dresses & short dresses. I love these boots to bits and it would be great if M&S did them in brown too.
