I’ve had many can openers and it’s not long before they become difficult. This one is the best so far. It’s very easy to use and works perfectly. Puzzled by a review which said it’s difficult to use.

I’d been without a tin opener for a while now, every time I went out I was supposed to buy one on,y to go home without one. Just browsing through M&S I came across this one, someone said ooooh that’s expensive for a tin opener, well I ignored that comment and bought my tin opener, very sharp, very strong and sturdy and cuts through tin like butter. No regrets on my purchase.

I bought this as a replacement for an ancient electric can opener that had finally given up. A sturdy bit of kit that I found easy to operate after discovering the knack even though I'm a bit puny now!

This is a very well made and designed product. Tins are very easy to open with it. The can opener is far superior to my old one. I am very pleased with my purchase

Not happy with this can opener as it is too hard to use, not suitable for people with any arthritis or other hand problems. Will have to return

Sturdy but Hard to Use

This is a very sturdy, well made tin opener but I am over sixty five with some arthritis in my fingers and I struggle to use it. It takes quite a lot of strength to turn the key and it is heavy.

Feels robust and good quality I didn’t mind paying a little bit more than I usually would for a tin opener because it feels like and looks like it should last

The only person in my family who could open tins with this was my husband. He found the knack for it but surely it shouldn't be that hard! I'm a perfectly capable person but could not for the life of me get it to work. It's now fallen apart.

Finding a good tin opener is always a hassle, they either fall apart or just stop working and can't figure out why. This has lasted the longest I've had one for, so definitely recommend.

Between my husband and myself we have had the greatest difficulty in using it. It took my husband at least 10 minutes to open a can trying both ends trying every which way. The can looked completely massacred by the end of it all.

Good opener with the quality I would expect. BUT it is so heavy. Returned it and bought one that functions just as well but doesn't need arms like Popeye to use.
