From picture-perfect autumn blooms to brunch-ready bagels, M&S director of food product development April Preston shares her new favourites from the Foodhall
1. Nothing makes me happier than fresh flowers, and I’m loving our pastel-pink-hued rose and snowberry bouquet – it’s such a pretty autumn bunch and is unique to M&S.
2. I come from Devon in England, and having been brought up on a dairy farm, this West Country luxury yogurt with its layer of strawberry compote takes me right back to my youth.
3. Learning about and cooking with spices has always been a passion of mine – when I started at M&S 23 years ago, I was the product developer for Indian meals.
