Texture clash
The soft, cotton fabric of joggers looks great contrasted against tougher textiles such as corduroy or leather. Cord jackets are a big trend this winter, offering the right balance between smart and casual. Finish with a white T-shirt and trainers for an easy, polished look.
Layer up
The concept of high/low dressing – mixing loungewear with more tailored pieces – has really come into its own of late, with the growth of home working and lack of formal events meaning casualwear has staked a claim on our wardrobes. Try it by teaming your joggers with a sharp coat, plus trainers that fall on the smarter end of the sneaker spectrum.
