Nice bra

The bra is very nice, however the pocket hole to put a prosthesis in is tiny. I've had to make it bigger otherwise I would not be able to put mine in. The prosthesis side doesn't lie flat as the other side does so can't wear a top that's too low. Apart from that there aren't many reasonably priced strapless mastectomy bras out there so this is great value. Definitely worth the money, and no VAT.

Strapless Post Surgery Bra

I never imagined l’d ever be able to wear a strapless top again. It fits perfectly and has done so much for my confidence. The reason l’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 is that the openings for the prostheses are not sufficiently wide and l’ve had to make some adjustments. Looking forward to wearing my Bardot tops.

No room to put the prosthetic breast into the bra
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
This bra has not been designed by anyone who knows what a prosthetic breast looks like! There is no way the prosthetic breast can fit into the hole created. But because there are no other options in M&S for a strapless post surgery bra I have had to cut open the slots to be able to put the prosthetic in. I do hope someone looks into this issue and removes them to correct the issue and re make them.

disappointing

Nice bra but if you have had a mastectomy the underwire can press on the scar tissue causing discomfort. I addressed this by placing some gauze underneath the band. I also had to cut the bra to fit the prosthesis!!

Not fit for purpose as a post-surgery bra

Such a disappointing purchase, the hole for the prosthesis is tiny, has no give and I couldn't fit my prosthesis in, my swim one only just went it. Once in, the cup and the space available was way too small (bra size the same as other M&S ones which are fine) and its the wrong shape, & too low cut. Wearing it without using the pocket, the prosthesis pokes out of the top of the bra. A massive disappointment. Wish I'd read the reviews before I bought it. If it's of use to anyone, I since found that the lace version in the (non-surgery) wired strapless bra 2-pack T332807 is quite stretchy, has an elasticated & non-slip band at the top. You may need to size up & it's not pocketed, but the stretch fabric makes this more forgiving & it seems a bit higher cut.

Awful! Poor design and won't fit a prosthetic

Just awful! There's no way to fit a silicon prosthetic in, and even the M&S foam prostheses (which it says on the packaging are the right size) won't fit. Even popping prostheses into the bra without using the pocket is a waste of time because they don't fit, and spill out of the top. I don't know what prosthetics they were using when they designed the bra, but it isn't fit for purpose.

Prosthetic pockets need some attention!

This bra will do what I need it to, but I’m not sure how I’m supposed to get a prosthetic in the pocket as the hole is tiny. I am keeping it as I need it, but I will have to cut the pocket.

Not sure how the bra fits as the prosthesis would not fit in the pocket. Very disappointing as we are always looking for good surgery bras and would expect this to be standard!!!

Uncomfortable

Uncomfortable and unflattering. I have a left side mastectomy. My prosthetic didn’t fit well at all (I have a silicone one from Boost), and my right side didn’t fit into the shape of the bra. I didn’t love the design but this was the only strapless post surgery option, so there was no loss in sending this back.
