Very poor product. Opened the night before flying to attach to suitcase. Followed the instructions and it did not lock into place. Appeared to be broken and this was despite 3 other people trying. Very frustrating to find this, since I had no other means of locking the suitcase. Shall be looking into how I can get a refund.
