Cotton Knitted Polo Shirt

I'd read reviews that this item came up very small, so I ordered XL rather than my husband's normal L, and it fitted fine. I did not give it top marks because there seems to be a fault in the pattern of the material - it looks odd on the front just below buttons. I had another top in the sale and this was faulty that the strip with the three buttons on had a crease in it.

I bought this for my son who is 6'2" and slim build but bought L size which is a good fit. Bought at sale price; it washes well so am pleased with it.

M&S needed to get your sizing sorted out. We are not all skinny models!

I normally go for a medium fit but this item required a large size to be comfortable. Looks smart and feels good.

This is the second Autograph product I’ve bought and immediately returned in the last few weeks due to the disproportionate sizing which it seems is now being used in the design and production. It’s a real pity as the design and quality of both products were lovely and I would otherwise have kept them. It was only up until a few months ago that I purchased some M&S menswear products in XL and the fit was perfect. With these ones, the XL is too small all-over and, whilst the XXL fits perfectly across the shoulders and arms, they are far too wide/baggy from beneath the armpit downwards, spoiling the visual appeal of what are potentially appealing products. I’ve been buying Autograph products for a long while now. Like other brands, the size has always been XL. I hope they review this. The design of Autograph products is getting much better this season, but in this instance, let down by the sizing/fit.
